Guy Vernes shipping: a fast and reliable service

We ship to every country in the world. Orders of €100 or above are shipped free of charge; anywhere in the world. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours.

Delivery time

The estimated arrival time for domestic Dutch packages is 2-3 business days. International orders usually take 5-10 days.

Shipping rates

The base shipping rate for tees, accessories and other light items:

Netherlands:	€ 3,50
Europe:	€ 6,50
International (Non-EU):	€ 10,50

The base shipping rate for sweaters and other heavier items:

Netherlands:	€ 7,00
Europe:	€ 10,50
International (Non-EU):	€ 14,50

Customs notice for international clients

Please note that you may incur customs/duties/taxes, which are determined by the standards for your specific area. It could depend on a multitude of things: where products are manufactured, materials used, size/weight of package, etc. We do state on our site that we are not responsible for other charges incurred from ordering. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns Policy

Purchased items can be returned within 7 days after reception (Return Period). A product returned with proof of purchase to the place of purchase during the Return Period is eligible for a refund of the purchase price (less any and all rebates and shipping charges) if the product is:

1. In unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition
2. Accompanied by all (A) original packaging and (B) accessories and other contents that came or were ordered with the product, including the receipt/invoice.

You may (in the exercise of our sole and reasonable discretion) be required to pay a restocking fee. Guy Vernes is not liable for lost packages during transport if you to choose to use an untraceable shipping method. Refund or credit to your account will be issued within 30 days.

Confidential information

Confidential information, including account information, and credit card information, should not be transmitted via email, or email attachment.  Guy Vernes employees would not contact you asking for confidential information like credit card numbers or account numbers.  Please do not provide any such information if you are contacted by a Guy Vernes representative and report it to info@guyvernes.com immediately.
